Q: hi I’ve received the watch and I have watched a couple of videos on how to use and read the manual. there is an issue with the hour hand which reads 1 hour faster than the time displayed on the digital display, also if I double click the crown the hands are supposed to go to 9 and 3 on the numbers dial around the edge of the dial, the hour hand goes to 10. not sure why this is and I think it needs to be looked at.can you get back to me please.thanks Tim
