Stolen watch sold via Chrono24.de!

I ordered an IWC men's watch via Chrono24 from the company S.A. Vintage Timepieces / Haifa in January 2021 and paid on 16.02.2021. The watch arrived to me in good condition. In November 2021, I gave the watch to IWC in Munich for revision. On 12/17/2021, IWC's parent company, RICHEMONT, informed me that the watch had been reported stolen and confiscated by the Munich Public Prosecutor's Office. The public prosecutor's office is following a request for legal assistance from Switzerland.

Criminal complaint Berlin: 220113-XXXX-XXXX

S.A. Vintage Timepieces, Mr. SAHER ASHAK, was informed via Whattsapp, Instagram and Chrono24's in-house communication program, as I still assumed that there was a mistake. S.A. Vintage Timepieces ignored the letters and was not able to clarify the situation. A criminal case will be opened in Israel.
