first watch i bought with them.
Initial contact was very good, till the payment was done. Took a week longer than agreed to receive it.

After arrival it wasn't complete, no papers, short (complete polished) bracelet, no original box.
No response after several emails, only when PayPal was involved there was a response.

After the PayPal claim was closed (we agreed a discount for the papers, I would receive a few links and (if available) an Original box. oh, And a warranty card for 12 moths. ) nothing..

Now almost 3 weeks later, received exactly... nothing....
